Gas Valve (Safety)
The main yellow gas valve is located under the kitchen sink.
Please open it before using the stove and close it afterwards.
If leaving for several hours, always close the valve.
Hot Water (Boiler)
The boiler is always on and provides continuous hot water.
Never turn off the switch located on the wall outside the bathroom.
Efficiency Tips
Take short showers when possible.
Avoid leaving water running unnecessarily.
Gas Cylinder Replacement
You may replace the gas cylinder independently if needed, or contact us and we will assist you (same day or the next morning).
Where to Find Supplies
Cylinders:

Wrench and spare gaskets in the second-to-last kitchen drawer
Steps for Safe Replacement
Close the yellow gas valve under the sink.
Turn off the old cylinder completely (clockwise).
Disconnect the regulator using the wrench (counter-clockwise).
Replace the gasket:
Use the gasket found in the safety cap of the new cylinder or a spare from the drawer.Connect the regulator to the new cylinder (clockwise) and tighten securely.
Open the cylinder valve (counter-clockwise).
Reopen the yellow gas valve under the sink.
Test a burner to ensure gas is flowing.
Notify us so we can collect the empty cylinder.
