At Maison du Tatà, we embrace regenerative tourism.
We believe in hospitality that respects and protects the land we love.
Every choice we make is a gesture of care towards the Aosta Valley.

1. Mountain Energy

We proudly produce clean and renewable energy:

• Low-Emission Heating:
  Our system uses wood from our forests and pellets from our own or certified production.

• Solar Hot Water:
  Hot water is generated through solar panels.

• Photovoltaic Energy:
  We also produce electricity through photovoltaic panels for a fully eco-friendly stay.

Energy Tips

• Heating is set between 18°C and 20°C.

• Please close windows and doors when heating is on.

• If leaving the apartment for several hours, you may set it to 19°C to save energy.

• Please turn off lights when leaving the apartment.

2. Waste Sorting – Help Us Protect the Environment

We practice waste sorting—simple actions that make a big difference.
Please help us separate waste correctly.

What You’ll Find in Your Apartment

• Three colour-coded bags: Glass / Paper / Plastic–Metal–Aluminium

• One small bin: Organics (food scraps and compostable items)

• One small bin: General Waste

Collection Schedule

• Days: Monday and Thursday

• Procedure: Please place full containers outside your door by 10:00 AM

• Notification:
  Please send a WhatsApp/text message to +39 366 2907497 the evening before (by 7:00 PM) to let us know they are ready.

On Check-out Day

You may leave the sorted waste inside the apartment.
We will empty, wash, and sanitise the containers.

3. Less Plastic, More Care

• Refillable Dispensers:
  To reduce plastic waste, our courtesy line is offered in refillable dispensers.
  Please place them in the sink on departure day.

• Local Beauty Products:
  We use Dr. Nicola Farmacista phytocosmetic products made with alpine herbs.
  Would you like to take them home?

  • Shower Gel 100 ml: €7

  • Hand Balm 100 ml: €9

• Spring Water:
  Tap water here is freshwater mountain spring water—pure and delicious!
  Enjoy it and reduce plastic bottles.

4. House Rules & Additional Services

• Non-Smoking:
  Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment.
  An outdoor ashtray is available for your convenience.

• Extra Cleaning:
  Daily cleaning on request: €40 per service
  (Please book before arrival.)

• Linen Change:
  Linen is changed every 7 nights.

• Additional Linen Rental:
  Extra sets available for €8 each
  (bathrobe, towel set, bed set, kitchen set).
